Trend Analysis (start)

      Ever notice when you're out to eat your menu probably now has a vegetarian section? Well thats because many main stream restaurants are starting to broaden there horizons and get herbivores of our generation to eat at their restaurant. A few examples of fast food restaurants that have currently upgraded their menu to suit the non meat eaters of generation are Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, and Subway. "In 2002 Burger King introduced the veggie burger, this burger contains a variety of vegetables, textured vegetable protein (Soy Protein Concentrate, Wheat Gluten, Water for hydration), egg whites, cooked brown rice (Water, Brown Rice), rolled oats, corn oil, calcium caseinate, soy sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat), onion powder, corn starch, salt, hydrolyzed corn, soy, and wheat protein, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavors from non-meat sources, sugar, soy protein isolate, spices, garlic powder, dextrose, jalapeño pepper powder, celery extract. Contains egg, wheat, soy." Although this is not vegan friendly because it contains animal by products such as eggs and milk it is still a step in the right direction and
